因為太實用了分享給各位!!順便補充一些步驟上的問題!!

首先請先確認以下步驟

1: 安裝Kies
2: 如果Kies提示Kies本身要升級，請先升級
3: 連接你的Galaxy Note, 升級到最新版KK1 (I9100請先升級到最新2.3.5 KI3)

1: 請下載 http://www.multiupload.com/KNHBPPOCQK 

2: 解壓縮，例如下圖

3: 開啟Galaxy Note, I9100 進入設定

應用程式 --> 未知的來源 請打勾
應用程式 --> 開發 --> USB偵錯 請打勾

4: 將Galaxy Note I9100連到電腦 """且不要開啟Kies &  USB 大量儲存模式"""

5: 執行剛剛解壓縮目錄裡的 runme

 6.讓他自己跑 跑完會自動重開

   看看是否有多一個Superuser 有就表示成功拉!! 

如果有人使用Windows 7 64位元版本的ROOT不成功，
請先不要連接手機，先執行runme.bat，
應該會停在這裡

[*] This script will:
(1) root ur device using zergRush exploit
(2) install Busybox (1.18.4)
(3) install SU files (3.0.5)
[*] Before u begin:
(1) make sure u have installed adb drivers for ur device
(2) enable "USB DEBUGGING"
from (Menu\Settings\Applications\Development)
(3) enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES"
from (Menu\Settings\Applications)
(4) [OPTIONAL] increase screen timeout to 10 minutes
(5) connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
(6) skip "PC Companion Software" prompt on device

CONFIRM ALL THE ABOVE THEN
請按任意鍵繼續 . . .
--- STARTING ----
--- WAITING FOR DEVICE
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully * <--會停在這裡

之後，再把手機連接到電腦上，就會自動開始進行ROOT了！
